Ingredients (Serves 4):
  • 1 pack of bruschetta spread with olives Fior Fiore
  • 8 slices of homemade bread
  • 200 g of broad beans
  • 120 g of salami paste
  • 1/2 finnish
  • 2 wild fennel twigs
  • 1 onion
  • 1 tablespoon
  • White vinegar
  • Extra virgin olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste.
Preparing:
  1. Clean the fennel, wash it and then slice it finely. Clean the spring onion, cut it into fine slices and place it in a bowl; season it with vinegar and a pinch of salt and add the broad beans and a tablespoon of oil. Mix well so that all the ingredients are evenly distributed.
  2. Add the fennel slices to the mixture, continue stirring and adjust the salad to your liking with a pinch of salt and a sprinkling of black pepper.
  3. Toast the bread then spread 1 teaspoon of Fior Fiore bruschetta spread with olives, the salami dough on it and arrange it on a serving plate. Complete the bruschetta with fennel salad, with the vegetables you have just prepared and the tufts of wild fennel.
