Ingredients (Serves 4):
  • 1 jar Fior Fiore bruschetta spread with peppers
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 100 g. goat cheese
  • 300 g. pumpkin
  • 3 tbs extra virgin olive oil
  • 100 g. smoked bacon
  • 4 slices homemade bread
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Rosemary
Preparing:
  1. In a saucepan, heat the oil with a clove of garlic and a sprig of chopped rosemary. Leave everything to flavour for 3 minutes, then add the diced pumpkin, season with salt and pepper and cook for 5 minutes over low heat. Add half a ladle of water, cover and cook for about 10 more minutes.
  2. Toast the bread for the bruschetta. Spread half a spoon of Fior Fiore bruschetta spread with peppers, then top it with the pumpkin sauce. Add the bacon, a few rosemary leaves and a slice of cheese for each slice. Heat for 3 minutes under the broiler before serving.
