Pizza with pesto

Ingredients (Serves 4):
  • 1 pack of Fiorfiore pizza crust mix
  • Cherry tomatoes
  • 1 mozzarella
  • 250 g. ricotta cheese
  • 1 jar Fiorfiore basil pesto
  • 2 tbs extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 pinch of salt
Preparing:
  1. Make the pizza dough following the instructions on the package. Roll out the dough with a rolling pin into a round shape on the floured pastry board, forming 4 pizzas.
  2. Place them on the freshly oiled round baking trays add the Mozzarella cut into thin rounds, the ricotta, the cherry tomatoes, 1 pinch of salt and bake in a preheated oven at 220º for 10 minutes.
  3. Spread the Fiorfiore pesto on the pizza and bake for another 10 minutes. On the way out, drizzle with extra virgin olive oil. Garnish the pizza with fresh basil and serve hot.
