Ingredients (Serves 4):
  • 320 g. linguine
  • 80 g. feta cheese
  • 400 g. Fior Fiore datterini tomatoes
  • 2 tbs salted capers
  • EVOO
  • Salt
  • Black pepper
Preparing:
  1. Cook the pasta in boiling salted water. In the meantime, rinse the capers well and put in a mixer with the Fior Fiore datterini tomatoes, feta cheese and two tablespoons of olive oil.
  2. Add a cup of cooking water and blend. Drain the pasta and mix with the sauce. Stir one minute and serve.
