Ingredients (Serves 4):
  • 300 g. pasta
  • 400 g. Fior Fiore datterini tomatoes
  • 1 minced garlic clove
  • 1/2 minced onion
  • EVOO
  • 1 tsp turmeric
  • Black pepper
  • Salt
  • Grated Parmesan
Preparing:
  1. Cook the pasta in boiling salted water. Meanwhile, in a a saucepan, heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil and add the garlic, onion, turmeric and a pinch of ground black pepper. Sauté. Add the tomatoes and salt and let it reduce over medium heat. Drain the pasta and season it with the sauce. Sprinkle with Parmesan and serve.
